Will my order arrive before Christmas?
The closer Christmas gets, the busier our shipping service providers are.
Therefore, we cannot guarantee timely delivery.
Your order will usually be forwarded within 24 hours.
How much is the shipping?
This differs depending on the country, weight or product dimensions

Is there a minimum order value?
No, we deliberately avoided this in order to make every collector's heart happy
Can I pick up my order from you?
We will send you the order as soon as possible

What does the certificate say?
Do you buy a signed product from us?
(except for the autograph cards) there is a certificate with the note of respective product which from us
(Merchndarts) is signed
What does the status of my shipment mean?
In a few cases, the status of your shipment changes the day before the delivery to Parcel has been delivered.
This is due to the fact that some distribution centers of our deliverers scan your parcel in advance and your postman is on the way without a scanner.
